HelpBrain

AI chat for local businesses — hours, prices, whether you cover their area

Local enquiries are remarkably consistent: are you open, do you cover my area, roughly what does it cost, can you come out this week. The first three are usually on your site. The fourth is a lead.

Behaviour

How it behaves

Three things it does that you can check, rather than three adjectives.

A question mentioning price, booking or availability is treated as urgent: you hear about it the first time it is asked, not after it has been asked twice.
Notifications go to email, and to your phone by text if you add a number.
Every answer is scored for confidence before it is sent. Below the threshold the bot does not attempt an answer at all — it says it does not know and offers to pass the question to a human.

We'll crawl it — then ask it questions in seconds.

  1. We crawl a capped sample of the site
  2. A real bot trains on it in about a minute
  3. Ask it anything — answers cite the page they came from

FAQ

Questions

Can it book appointments?
Not yet. It captures the enquiry and the visitor's email and puts both in front of you immediately, which is the part that was being lost.
What if my prices are not on my website?
Then the bot will say it cannot give a price and pass the enquiry to you — and the gap report will keep telling you people are asking, which is worth knowing either way.

Every price is on the pricing page, and the accuracy policy explains the credit-back.
