Billing

The awkward questions, answered

What happens if I go over my plan's conversations?
Overage is billed at $5 per 1,000 conversations, capped at 2x your monthly price — and service is never cut off mid-month. You will not wake up to a disabled bot or an uncapped invoice.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you keep what you have already paid for.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Monthly plans are month to month and cancel from the dashboard. Annual billing charges 10 months up front for 12 months of service.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The live demo on the homepage trains a bot on any URL and answers a real question without an account, and every new org starts on a trial.
