Terms of service

A plain-language summary of the agreement. Like the DPA, this describes what the software does and has not had legal review.

Read this first

Not legal advice, and not lawyer-reviewed. These are the operating rules as the product actually implements them. Anything here that contradicts an executed agreement loses to that agreement.

What you are buying

A hosted chat assistant trained on content you own or are entitled to publish, plus the dashboard around it. Plans and limits are on the pricing page.

Billing

Flat monthly price with no credits and no per-model multipliers. Conversations beyond your plan's allotment are billed at $5 per 1,000, capped at twice your monthly price no matter how far over you go. Service is never cut off mid-month for going over — you get an email at 80% and again at 100%, and the bot keeps answering.

Trials and cancellation

Every organization starts on a trial. When it ends, the dashboard asks you to pick a plan while your bot keeps answering visitors for another seven days. Only after that does the bot pause. Cancel whenever you like; you keep the month you have paid for.

Accuracy

Covered separately in the accuracy policy, including the credit-back.

Acceptable use

Train it on content you have the right to publish. Do not use it to impersonate someone else, to give medical, legal or financial advice you are not qualified to give, or to collect personal data you have no lawful basis for. We may suspend an account doing any of those.

Liability

The bot answers from your content and refuses when unsure, but it is software and it can be wrong. You remain responsible for what your website tells your customers. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
