Plans & limits
What each number means, how it is counted, and what happens when you reach it.
The plans
Flat monthly pricing. No credits, no per-model multipliers, nothing to top up.
| Starter | Growth | Scale | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $29/mo | $79/mo | $99/mo |
| Bots | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| Conversations / month | 2,000 | 8,000 | 10,000 |

Every price on this page excludes tax. VAT, GST or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, so the amount charged can be higher than the figure above depending on where you are.
What counts as a page
The page allowance is a ceiling on how much content your bots hold, counted across every bot in the account rather than per source.
- A web page counts as one page, whatever its length. A 300-word FAQ entry and a 6,000-word guide each cost one.
- A PDF your website links to counts as one page too — it is one URL in your list of pages.
- An uploaded file or pasted text is metered by size, at 2,500 characters per page. A long manual therefore costs more than one.
- A page you have removed from a source stops counting.
Note
The count is a running total across the whole account, not a per-sync figure. Adding a second website source does not give you a second allowance — which is exactly the bug this counting rule replaced, and why the dashboard's page figure now agrees with the billed one.
Conversations and going over
A conversation is one visitor's session with one bot. Length does not change the count: twelve messages back and forth is one conversation.
Beyond your plan's included conversations, overage is billed at $5 per 1,000 conversations. Service is never cut off mid-month — going over is billed, not gated, because a support bot that stops answering on the 28th is worse for you than a small invoice.
The ceiling on a bill
Overage is capped at 2× your plan's monthly price, however much traffic you serve.
The cap applies to the overage, not to the invoice. A Starter account's worst possible month is the $29 subscription plus $58 of capped overage — $87 in total.
Per-visitor limits
Separate from billing, a few limits protect you from a single visitor — or a script — running up your costs:
- Twenty messages per visitor per five minutes. Over that, the visitor gets a plain message rather than an error they cannot act on.
- A message can be up to 2,000 characters.
- Each bot has a daily token budget. If it is exhausted, the bot says it is busy rather than failing silently, and you are told.
Trials
A trial account is treated as the smallest paid tier for every limit on this page. Unknown or missing plan values fall back the same way — an unrecognised plan never receives the largest allowances.
