HelpBrain
A SiteGPT alternative built around refusing to guess
Every tool in this category crawls your site and answers questions. The differences that matter show up afterwards: what happens when the bot is unsure, whether anyone measures whether it was right, and how much work it is to fix an answer you disagree with.
Behaviour
How it behaves
Three things it does that you can check, rather than three adjectives.
Every answer is scored for confidence before it is sent. Below the threshold the bot does not attempt an answer at all — it says it does not know and offers to pass the question to a human.
Accuracy is checked every night: a separate model re-reads the answers your bot gave real visitors and judges each against your own pages. The counts, and every answer it could not support, are on your dashboard.
Correcting one answer surfaces every related answer the correction contradicts, as a checklist you approve — so a fix does not leave five neighbouring answers still wrong.
Live demo
Try it on your own site
Paste a URL. It trains on a capped sample of that site and answers your questions for real — no account, no card.

Paste any website to see it live
We'll crawl it — then ask it questions in seconds.
Or try one of these:
- We crawl a capped sample of the site
- A real bot trains on it in about a minute
- Ask it anything — answers cite the page they came from

FAQ
Questions
What is genuinely different?
The confidence gate, the nightly answer checks you can audit, the gap report that tells you what your site fails to answer, and train-by-reply — you answer a gap by replying to an email rather than opening the app.
What is missing compared to more established tools?
No authenticated management API or webhooks yet, no Zendesk or Intercom handoff, no multi-seat teams, and no voice or WhatsApp channels. If any of those is a requirement, this is not the right tool today.
Every price is on the pricing page, and the accuracy policy explains the credit-back.
