What is HelpBrain?
An AI support chat platform that trains itself on your website's actual content, answers visitor questions with confidence-gated retrieval, and hands off to a human instead of guessing when it isn't sure.
How does training work?
You give HelpBrain a URL (or upload files). We crawl and clean the content, split it into chunks, and embed those chunks so the bot can retrieve exactly the right passage when a visitor asks a question.
Will it make things up?
It's designed not to. Every answer is grounded in retrieved content and scored for confidence — low-confidence answers escalate to a human instead of being guessed.
How long does training take?
The live demo on this site trains on a small, capped sample in under a minute so you can try it instantly. A full production site typically finishes training in a few minutes, depending on size.
Is there a free trial?
Every organization starts on a trial plan, and you can try the live demo on the homepage with no signup at all.
Can I install this on my own website?
Yes — after signing up you get a small embeddable widget script for your site, independent of the demo bots created from the homepage.
What happens to the demo bot I create on the homepage?
Demo bots are throwaway: they're clearly tagged as demos and are cleaned up automatically, so nothing you try on the homepage becomes a permanent account.
How is pricing structured?
Flat monthly tiers (Starter/Growth/Scale) with no credits or per-model multipliers — see the pricing page for exact numbers. Usage beyond a plan's included conversations is billed as overage, never a hard cutoff.
