HelpBrain
AI chat for SaaS docs, without the wrong answer about your API
For a technical product, a wrong answer is worse than none: someone acts on it, it fails, and they blame your product rather than the bot. Citations and refusal matter more here than anywhere.
Behaviour
How it behaves
Three things it does that you can check, rather than three adjectives.
Answers are generated only from content retrieved out of pages you published, and each one cites the URL it came from, so anything it says can be checked against the source in one click.
The gap report shows which questions your documentation does not answer — a docs backlog derived from what people actually asked.
Accuracy is checked every night: a separate model re-reads the answers your bot gave real visitors and judges each against your own pages. The counts, and every answer it could not support, are on your dashboard.
Live demo
Try it on your own site
Paste a URL. It trains on a capped sample of that site and answers your questions for real — no account, no card.

Paste any website to see it live
We'll crawl it — then ask it questions in seconds.
Or try one of these:
- We crawl a capped sample of the site
- A real bot trains on it in about a minute
- Ask it anything — answers cite the page they came from

FAQ
Questions
Can it answer questions about a version we no longer ship?
Only if that page is still published and crawled. Removing or updating the page changes the answer on the next re-sync, and the sources view shows you exactly what it has read and when.
Does it write code examples?
It will quote examples from your docs. It is not designed to invent new ones, which is the behaviour you want from something answering on your behalf.
Every price is on the pricing page, and the accuracy policy explains the credit-back.
