HelpBrain
A Chatbase alternative that tells you what it cannot answer
Getting a bot live from one URL is table stakes now. What decides whether it is still useful in three months is whether anything tells you where it is failing.
Behaviour
How it behaves
Three things it does that you can check, rather than three adjectives.
The gap report says 'I can answer 71 of 100 — here are the 29 I can't', and you fill them inline.
Accuracy is checked every night: a separate model re-reads the answers your bot gave real visitors and judges each against your own pages. The counts, and every answer it could not support, are on your dashboard.
Every answer is scored for confidence before it is sent. Below the threshold the bot does not attempt an answer at all — it says it does not know and offers to pass the question to a human.
Live demo
Try it on your own site
Paste a URL. It trains on a capped sample of that site and answers your questions for real — no account, no card.

Paste any website to see it live
We'll crawl it — then ask it questions in seconds.
Or try one of these:
- We crawl a capped sample of the site
- A real bot trains on it in about a minute
- Ask it anything — answers cite the page they came from

FAQ
Questions
Is setup any harder?
No — paste a URL, the same as anywhere. The difference is what you are shown afterwards.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. The homepage runs a real bot on your real site with no account, and the answer grader gives you the gap report for free.
Every price is on the pricing page, and the accuracy policy explains the credit-back.
