AI chat for online stores, answering from your own product pages

Shoppers ask about delivery windows, returns, sizing and whether something fits what they already own. Those answers are usually already on your store — just not where the shopper is looking.

Behaviour

How it behaves

Three things it does that you can check, rather than three adjectives.

Answers are generated only from content retrieved out of pages you published, and each one cites the URL it came from, so anything it says can be checked against the source in one click.
Installs on Shopify with one line in theme.liquid, no app permissions and no access to your orders or customers.
Every answer is scored for confidence before it is sent. Below the threshold the bot does not attempt an answer at all — it says it does not know and offers to pass the question to a human.

  1. We crawl a capped sample of the site
  2. A real bot trains on it in about a minute
  3. Ask it anything — answers cite the page they came from

FAQ

Questions

Does it read live stock or order status?
Not today. It answers from your published pages. Anything requiring live order data escalates to you, which is the honest behaviour rather than a guess about someone's parcel.
Will it invent a delivery date?
It answers delivery questions only from what your shipping page says. If the page does not commit to a date, neither does the bot.

Every price is on the pricing page, and the accuracy policy explains the credit-back.
