Answer the repeat questions before they become tickets

Support volume is rarely varied. It is the same questions about delivery, pricing, hours and returns, asked in different words. The useful question is not how to answer them faster but which ones your site fails to answer at all.

Behaviour

How it behaves

Three things it does that you can check, rather than three adjectives.

Unanswered questions are clustered by meaning, not by wording, so 'do you deliver Saturdays' and 'any weekend delivery' become one gap with a count rather than two separate mysteries.
When a real gap appears you get one email asking the question. Reply the way you would reply to the customer and the answer goes live after you approve it.
Accuracy is checked every night: a separate model re-reads the answers your bot gave real visitors and judges each against your own pages. The counts, and every answer it could not support, are on your dashboard.

We'll crawl it — then ask it questions in seconds.

Or try one of these:
  1. We crawl a capped sample of the site
  2. A real bot trains on it in about a minute
  3. Ask it anything — answers cite the page they came from

FAQ

Questions

Will it deflect every ticket?
No, and any tool promising that is describing something else. It answers what your published content supports and escalates the rest — the value is in the questions you never see again, and in finding out which ones those are.
Do I have to write a knowledge base first?
No. It reads the site you already have. The gap report then tells you the small number of things worth writing down.

Every price is on the pricing page, and the accuracy policy explains the credit-back.
